[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Please retain price cap on domain renewals

Hi,

As an entrepreneur I rely heavily on domain names and the IP related to
them. Removing caps essentially forces entities and people without buying
power to lose their substantial investments. Renewing for 10 years is not a
solution either.

Please retain renewal caps. Our livelihood and investments depend on it.
