[Comments-org-renewal-18mar19] Oppose the removal of price cap

I oppose the removal of price caps on any of the .org TLDs as

doing so will only create a concern for the non-profit boards I sit on. The
new GTLDs are already accepted as alternative price options. Owners of
these .org names have a reasonable expectation of affordability and
stability.
