This message is a notice/reminder that the ICANN Board has invited public
comments on a draft request for proposals for new sponsored TLDs
<http://www.icann.org/tlds/new-stld-rfp/new-stld-rfp-24jun03.htm>.  Comments
should be submitted by e-mail to <stld-rfp-comments at icann.org> on or before
25 August 2003.
