This is to inform you that NCUC has elected three new Council
members:

Jisuk Woo, South Korea jisuk at snu.ac.kr
Marc Schneiders, Netherlands, marc at schneiders.org 
Carlos Afonso, Brazil, ca at rits.or.br

We will decide in a few days which of the three will have a two year
term
