[council] Whois task force reports extension, Friday MAY 28, 2004 & joint meeting

At the GNSO Council teleconference, held on May 6, 2004 a motion was
approved extending the deadline for producing the Whois task force
preliminary reports to MAY 28 and that a joint Whois task force meeting be
scheduled for two weeks time.

Please indicate as soon as possible whether Wednesday 19 May at 5:00
Honolulu, 8:00 Los Angeles, 11:00 EST, 15:00 UTC, 17:00 CET. would be an
appropriate date and time for the joint task force meeting.
