Dear Councillors,

Would you all kindly let me know as soon as possible whether you 
will be attending the Cape Town meetings in person and if possible
an idea of your arrival and where you will be staying. For those
Councillors who cannot attend I will set up a conference call link to
the 
Council meeting and details will follow later.

Please reply off the council list to me personally.
