Proposed council resolution from Marilyn Cade to be added to the Council 
agenda for 12 May 2005.

Marilyn Cade proposes a brief discussion about providing a liaison to 
ICANN regarding the organization of the Luxembourg meeting schedule.

Marilyn Cade, who is temporarily without connectivity, has asked that I
