Glen' I need a room at the Intercontintal for the ICANN meetings, beginning Prob. Thursday. If you and Lydian and I are to tour, then I would suggest we leave the day after your staff meeting in the am. By rental car.

I mwy come to Wellington earlier to help Keith with an event outside ICANN. He thinks I could stay with he and Diane or Peter and Liz for those 2-3 days.
But I want to be first on your hotel list for the BD/staff hotel from Thursday night thru the Monday after bd meeting.

After all, I got us those rooms!

In future we will want to get a firm count because late comers will not get on that list. I just added 15 assumig that is:
Registry:2
Egistrar: 3
ISP: 3
IP:2
BC:3
NCUC:2

So, on first come basis, will get most.

But can you make extra attentioon to Bruce and me?

Dear Council Members,

In preparation for the Wellington meetings, there is provisional
agreement for two "Council drafting days" on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26
March 2006 in advance of the formal meetings, so please plan your travel
to be ready to meet on Saturday morning. The ICANN meeting is due to
finish on March 31, 2006.

A piece of good news is that grouped accommodation for the Council will
not be a challenge, and I will be able to fill you in on this later.
Please let me know if you do not want to be part of the group.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Please contact me this week at:
glen[at]mobileemail.vodafone.fr

Thank you very much.
Kind regards,
Glen
