Dear all,

Just a moment ago, Danny Younger sent a mail to the GA-list with a link to a
document from April 2003, compiled by a DNSO committee on request from the
Board concerning new gTLD matters. It is not in the "past decisions and
documents" overview I put together a few months ago, but it would deserve to
be included and certainly deserves reading. Please see:
