Hello Olof,

I suggest replace the last sentence with:

"In addition, a call for papers, for posting and consideration for oral
presentations to the GNSO, will be issued shortly with the same deadline
of 31 January 2006"

We can then refine the words around how papers would be considered (e.g
that they are within the scope of the PDP etc).
