[council] Elections of GNSO Council members

Hello All,

Just a reminder that the terms of some Council members expired on 5 Dec
2004.

Constituencies should ensure that any necessary elections are held as
soon as possible, and notify the ICANN Secretary and GNSO Secretariat of
the results.

I will ask for an update on progress at the Council meeting next week.
