[council] Revised Registry Approval Process - constituency comments by May 27,2005

At the GNSO council meeting on Thursday May 12, 2005 it was agreed that
the constituencies discuss the revised preliminary report on the 
Registry Approval Process with their members and submit comments within 
14 days, that is, by COB on May 27, 2005.
