[council] Nominations closed for interim GNSO Council Chair

Dear Council Members,

The formal nomination period for an interim GNSO Council Chair is closed.
There has been one nomination.

Bruce Tonkin has been nominated by Ken Stubbs, seconded by Philip 
Colebrook and Bruce has accepted the nomination.

At the next GNSO Council meeting, on Wednesday, November 16 2005, (19:00 
UTC, 11:00 LA, 14:00 EST, 20:00 Brussels 6:00 next day in Melbourne)
there will be a vote to ratify the interim GNSO Council Chair for the 
period from 18 November to 1 month after the 2005 Annual General Meeting 
(ie until 4 January 2006).
