[council] Draft GNSO Council Agenda for Wednesday 12 April 2006

Thanks Lucy for your effort in an attempt to reply to my question.
However, I'm still not sure if this addresses my lack of information.
I seem to know what WIPO is, and I have a bunch of guesses for DRP
(one of which is dispute resolution policy?) and for IGOs (one of
which is inter-governmental organizations?), but I still don't
understand why GNSO Council has a briefing about the "Paris
Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property" on a call at
this point in time, and not even (based on your answer) who is
concerned with developing a DRP for IGOs and what could be the
business of the council in this, if any.
