Ross,
It is an evolving draft, as said, so no problem with making clarifications.
It would be even more useful to have a constituency statement with the
consolidated views of the Registrars, if efforts could be made to gauge
support in the constituency for individual views expressed.

Thank you for preparing this document.

I believe a small clarification is required. The document characterizes 
specific inputs from the Registrar submission as being a collective 
submission of a subset of registrars. In truth, each point made in the 
registrar document is simply the input of a specific registrar and no 
effort was made to gauge support for or against any of these statements. 
It would be helpful if the document could be amended to reflect the fact 
that these statements belong to individual registrars and are not a 
collective statement in any way.
