 Hello All,

I am sure our next meeting will spend considerable time on item 2 of the
agenda.

With regard to item 3 of the agenda on IDNs, I have had several requests
for more time to both refine the issues report, and also refine the
terms of reference.  I propose we hold a separate Council teleconference
on Thursday 3 August to consider the IDN issues report and terms of
reference.
