Dear Council Members,

Please find a latest proposed schedule of GNSO Council and constituency 
events for the Sao Paulo meetings.

Reservations have been made at the main hotel for the Councillors who 
have provided their arrival and departure dates.

If you would like a reservation at the main hotel, and have not yet 
provided me with final arrival and departure dates, please do so by COB 
on Thursday 16 November 2006.

SUNDAY 3 December - GNSO Council working session

The details of the agenda are being finalised.
