There will be one full Council working session on Sunday, 3 December 
2006, before the ICANN meetings start. Please make plans to arrive in time.

Please let me know as soon as possible whether you will attend the 
meetings in person, and whether you would like to be part of a group 
reservation at the venue hotel. Last minute cancellations for the group 
booking cause problems, so please try and avoid this.
