I just wanted to clarify that no one on the Board has seen the final 
report.  Although there has been discussions with the Board about 
ensuring the GNSO gets the report when the Board does and that it's 
publicly posted for comment, and that the Board will work with the GNSO 
to consider GNSO improvements, these broad commitments were made without 
the benefit of having read the final report.  Much detail needs to be 
developed on how to move forward and I'm sure you'll have a lot of good 
ideas.

On a related issue, Glen is coordinating with the report's authors at 
LSE to arrange for a detailed briefing via conference call for Council.  
She'll email details shortly.
