I'm just telegraphing my vote. If the WG can't make sense of the  
patchwork, then I'll be inclined to perpetuate the status quo -  
primarily because the incongruous patchwork has gotten us this far  
and I'm not sure what a blind change would get us. If the rec's do  
have some sense to them, that's another story, but when I hear things  
like throwing out the status quo without any justification behind it,  
I tend to get worried.
