I understand there was a question on yesterday's conference call (after 
I was disconnected) about the availability of resources to draft an 
issues report regarding the protection of IGO names and abbreviations 
and the WIPO 2 recommendations.  If the Council is ready to call for an 
issues report, I will make sure the necessary resources are available to 
draft the report.
