[council] GNSO Council Chair election schedule

Dear Council Members,

Comments on the Council mailing list indicate that there seems to be a 
general preference for the proposed option B GNSO Council chair election 
schedule.

Thus, it is proposed that the call for nominations starts on Friday 27 
April at 12:00 UTC and closes on  Friday 11 May at 12:00 UTC 2007. All 
nominations should be seconded by the close of nominations.

The voting period will commence on Wednesday 16 at 15:00 UTC and close 
on Wednesday 30 May at 15:00 UTC.

The results will be announced on 31 May 2007.

The results of the email vote will be confirmed at the scheduled GNSO 
Council meeting on 7 June 2007.
