Hi, I conveyed the council decisions regarding the IDNC WG to Chris Desspain and Janis Karklins this morning. I have received a note from Chris welcoming the representatives. Additionally when I asked him about my being able to participate as an observer, he agreed to this and extended the invitation to include our 2 alternates as 'lurkers' as well. a.
