You were looking at the agenda for the Council meeting of 17 January
2006.

You can even find the minutes of that meeting at:

pointing at the 2006 year.

The next Council meeting is scheduled for Thursday 18 Jan 2007.   I have
not yet prepared a draft agenda for this meeting.
