Dear Council members,
 
Please be advised that there will be a short delay in circulating the Issues
Report on Domain Name Tasting requested by the At-Large Advisory Committee
on 9 May and due today
(http://gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/council/msg03474.html).
 
Please accept my apologies that this report's delivery will exceed the 15
days allowed for in the ICANN bylaws. Staff is working diligently to compile
relevant information for this report. 
 
I expect to circulate the Issues Report to the Council within a period of
days.
