Attached please find the final Staff Overview of Recent WHOIS activity,
which is due to the GNSO Council today, and the Staff Implementation Notes
on the WHOIS Working Group Report, due 15 October.  Comments are invited as
specified in the resolution of 6 September (and reprinted in the attached
Staff Overview).
