[council] Daylight Savings Time Changes

Daylight savings time changes around the world will be happening
before and after the ICANN meeting.   This is just to confuse all of
us!   Please be aware of the following:

Daylight savings time will end in the United States on the first
Sunday in November - November 4 - at that time the clocks will be set
back one hour.  Those of you flying home this day will want to pay
particular attention to this change.

  Europe will end daylight savings time on the last Sunday in October
- October 28 - if you are setting up any conference calls during the
ICANN meeting, please be aware of this change.

Australia will start daylight savings time on the last Sunday in
October - October 28.
