On 7 September 2007, Dr Liz Williams, ICANN's Senior Policy Counselor, 
will be leaving ICANN to pursue new opportunities.  Please join me in 
thanking Liz for her dedication and hard work in staffing the GNSO over 
the last two years.  As the first Senior Policy Counselor, Liz created 
this position and supported the GNSO’s challenging work most notably on 
the policy development processes on policies for contractual conditions 
and the introduction of new top level domains.

We wish her success in her future endeavors.  Should any questions arise
