[council] Revised Community Travel Support Procedure for FY09

Hi,

I can certainly check on this.  Since all of the tickets arrangements  
are to be made by ICANN and other reimbursement are paid by them  
according a a per diem, I expect they are dong it on a body count and  
not on re-allocation of budget.

But I will ask.
