Dear Council members,

The GNSO Chair, Avri Doria, is arranging a dinner with the ICANN
Board and related staff to discuss IDNs. There will be a participant of
the GNSO IDN rework group that helped draft the GNSO Response to the
ccNSO GAC issues Report on IDNs at every table to facilitate the discussion.

The dinner will be on Sunday, 10 February 2008 in the Jehangir hall and
will start at 20:00 local time in New Delhi.

We sincerely welcome you to join us in this time of discussion over
dinner but we also respect your very busy schedules.  To help us plan,
please RSVP by the latest on Friday 8 February 2008.
