This is to clarify my summary of the next steps for single-letter and single-digit domain names at the second level in existing gTLDs. ICANN staff is developing a position paper on this topic that will be provided to the GNSO Council for consideration. The paper is expected to be delivered to the Council in advance of the Delhi meeting.
