[council] Liaison to ccNSO Council

Dear Councillors,

May I remind you of an action item arising from the Council meeting on 16 October where it was decided to appoint a liaison to the ccNSO Council.

"Avri Doria summarised that the selection procedure before Council for a liaison to the ccNSO Council could be either a Council member or a member of the broader GNSO community and the vote could be taken in an open meeting or could follow the full voting procedure by secret ballot."

The incumbant of this role would be expected to attend a monthly ccNSO Council teleconference meeting and be available for 2 days during ICANN meetings to attend the ccNSO sessions.

Would you please be so kind as to submit the name to the GNSO Chair, Avri Doria, NLT Wednesday 29 October 2008.
