[council] Today's call

Hello all,

I¹m afraid I have the same problem as Avri: another meeting clashing with
ours.
I will do my very best to be on the call as soon as possible, but will
probably miss the first part of the call. If push comes to shove, please
delay the discussion on the motion I have made until I can join the call.
