For the record, NCUC comprises 137 noncommercial organizations and  
individuals from 48 countries, and its membership has increased by  
205% since the parity principle was established.  Particularly if one  
actually bothers to compare this with the membership lists for other  
constituencies, it is empirically evident that the above claim is  
false.  Which of course does not matter, per usual.
