Dear Councillors,

Kevin Wilson has kindly clarified the per diem for Mexico City as follows:

- $80 per day
- Travel itinerary dictates the number of days per diem is paid out
- GNSO arrives on Fri. Feb 27 and departs after the board meeting on Fri. Feb 6 (8 days)
- ICANN pays for travel days
