That was what the Travel drafting team had proposed. Maybe there is a
misunderstanding. Perhaps some of the other constituencies do not plan
on needing any travel funds for Sydney. We should straighten it out on
our call next week. I'm just concerned that arrangements will get made
before we do.

Tim,

My understanding is that the travel funds would be distributed equally
across constituencies. Is not still the case? I interpreted that to mean
for the full fiscal year and not on a first come first served basis
until all funds are used up.
