Hi,

Does anyone object to asking the staff to start integrating that into
our meetings? If not, perhaps we can start with the meeting in
Sydney, so that anyone that is absent can follow. If we do that I
would ask some from from the staff to drive during the meeting.

One issue I have had using it is training myself to pay attention to
the hands up feature for those who want to talk in conjunction with
the asking for a spot on the queue as we normally do. The two
approaches need to be integrated because we cannot guaranteed that one
wil be on the internet at the time of the call, but we also cannot
tell people they can't raise their hand using the tool. well we could
try ot tell them, but it does not do any good.

a.
