The Registration Abuse Policies Working Group continues its work, and has
agreed on a schedule to produce an Initial Report in advance of the Nairobi
meeting.  If anyone has any questions, please advise on the list.  I will
not attend the Council call on Nov. 23 (at 3a.m.!).

Council meeting, would you please be so kind as to submit written status
reports for the working groups you are involved in.

Reports should be brief, listing major progress items, any red flags and
estimated target dates (if any).

This should be submitted to the Council mailing list NLT Wednesday, 18
November 2009.
