[council] RySG Position re. NCA Seat Assignments

13 of 14 RySG members responded to a poll and unanimously supported the
following position regarding GNSO Council NCA seat assignments effective
28 October 2009:  
 
Primary Choice:
 
Contracted House

Non-Contracted House

Non-Voting Seat

Olga Cavalli

Terry Davis

Andrei Kolesnikov

 
We would like to know if other SGs would support the above seating
assignments.  If all SGs do not support the above, then we understand
that the random selection process already done would apply as follows
and we accept that result:
