Hi,
thanks Avri for sending this message about the IDN PDP WG paper.
I was travelling to Seul while the announcement was made.
The prupose of this document is to seek comments from the ICANN community
about all relevant topics that should be covered by a policy for the
selection and delegation of IDN ccTLDs.
