Regarding Bill's request for advanced planning of the NCP House meeting, that is not something than Glen and Stephane have much influence over so I suggest that the NCSG and CSG Councilors work with your respective SG leadership teams and Constituency leadership teams as applicable to start that planning right away if it has not already begun. It would be very helpful for planning purposes if that planning was far enough along by the end of April to be able to at least firm up the schedule.
