Attached please find the REVISED draft minutes of the GNSO Council meeting on 5 August 2010.

Item 2: OSC GNSO Improvement Recommendations:
It was during this vote that Wendy Seltzer, due to connectivity issues, was dropped off the call at the time of the vote and did not vote. Not during the vote in Item 3 as previously noted.

Apologies for the confusion.
