In addition, the attached Meeting Quorum Table indicates the doodle poll results to establish a possible date for the Council meetings after October, that is, in November and the first meeting in January 2011.  There will be quorum at the following meetings:



Thursday, 18 November at 11:00UTC,

Wednesday, 8 December Cartagena meeting, time tbd,

Thursday, 6 January 2011 20:00 UTC
