No Rafik.  Councilors may volunteer but volunteers are not restricted to Councilors.  So far, I am aware of two volunteers from the RySG who are not on the Council and I am aware of one volunteer from the Council as well.

I have question about item 8 related to the DNS-CERT WG:

	• Any objections to asking for volunteers to draft a possible charter?

	• Any volunteers? (Need not be Councilors)

councilors are excluded from the DT?
