[council] Virtual Meeting room issues

Greetings!

I'm getting kicked out of the virtual meeting room about every 5
minutes.  I've tried going in through our firm's network and not,
entering the URL directly, using the link in the emails that have been
sent around, and using the link in the ICANN schedule posted on the
site.  Doesn't make a difference.

Of course, I've never had issues until now. 

If you've had similar issues in the past, I'd love any suggestions as to
how to resolve (or at least avoid) this issue, I'd be very grateful.
