Please note that two proxies have been received and accepted for any  voting that will take place at the  Council meeting tomorrow.

1.    Mary Wong will be present for the first hour of the meeting and for any votes after that,  Bill Drake holds her proxy and has been given instructions as mandated by the procedures.

2. Mike Rodenbaugh will be absent and Zahid Jamil holds his proxy and has been given instructions as mandated by the procedures.
