Sure Wendy, indeed those are very important considerations, and maybe it would be helpful to ask J. Scott Evans as the chair of the Working Group Work Team, and Jeff Neuman, as the chair of both the PDP Work Team and the PPSC, to comment directly.

Thanks Liz,

I'm concerned that we have too many layers between the Council and the work being done.  That layering is making us lose sight of the work and how it connects to our goals, so we Councillors are not giving direct enough input nor reviewing closely enough what we get back out.  Does the PDP Work Team need the intervening layer of the PPSC?
