Note communications from THE BOARD - as distinct from a Board member - are generally found in Board resolutions.

I am not aware of a specific Board resolution that would have the effect as described by Olivier.

The Board of course is very keen to see the output of the working group, but did not direct a date.

The Board has however articulated its timeline for considering new gTLD matters at the meeting in San Francisco.
