[council] Senate hearing on new gTLDs

All, in preparation for the upcoming meeting and finalizing the agenda, it occurred to me that it might be useful for the Council to be updated by Kurt or a member of his team on the senate hearing on new gTLDs that is happening tomorrow (http://commerce.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=Hearings&ContentRecord_id=22f4a71e-93e9-4711-acec-3ed7f52277cc&ContentType_id=14f995b9-dfa5-407a-9d35-56cc7152a7ed&Group_id=b06c39af-e033-4cba-9221-de668ca1978a).

I'm sure the Council, as originator of the PDP that let to new gTLDs, would appreciate an update.

Before asking Kurt to do this (his schedule is crazy at the moment), do you concur and is this something you would like?
