[council] SO and AC Chairs meeting with Rod before SF

I don't think this is good for transparency.  Yes, it's more cumbersome
to work through meetings of the entire Council, but we all need to "meet
and greet" the relevant players.

So this is a note of personal opposition to ICANN's operating these
meetings, even informal.
